I'm a huge fan of the original Revlon Balm Stains so its needless to say that I was so excited to hear they were releasing matte versions. I picked up the shades 'Elusive', 'Showy' and 'Striking'. The top pick for me is definitely 'Striking' I've been wearing it almost everyday to work and I've had so many compliments. They are super pigmented but the real show stopper for me is the formula. They're incredibly smooth to apply and give a true matte finish without clinging to any dry patches. Sounds to good to be true, no? They don't last as long on the lips as the original Balm Stains but they smell so good I have no problem having to reapply every now and then.

I just got the shade Elusive and I've been loving it bc it doesn't dry out my lips at all even though my lips are quite chapped!

ReplyDeleteGlad you love their formulas! I've seen all the shades on other people and do think almost all of them are so beautifully bold! But for myself, my lips are often too dry no matter how much vaseline I sleep with on them so I avoid stains and matte formulas!
